Hegarty & Hegarty was established in 1992. From an engineering administration background, the company developed "Corporate Knowledge Solutions" incorporating modelling, simulation and decision support systems. This led to the need to provide a means for sharing this knowledge within and external to the companies involved. There was a need to analyse, store and record engineering performance data that could be recalled easily for future studies. Experience in this area has been applied in diverse areas such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Government, Banking and Chemical industries over a period of 15 years.

Many of the tools and applications we have previously developed and utilised create a platform for a "Learning Organisation" by providing transparency of data, faster more efficient distribution of ideas and greater insight into critical issues hence reducing future "rework".

Hegarty & Hegarty has practical knowledge in the selection, scoping and determination of Corporate Knowledge Solutions and can both consult and implement these systems at a level the customer requires.
